  VIRGINIA RETIREMENT SYSTEMS HRM     T he Human resource management team within the Virginia Retirement System agency comprises of four areas of responsibility shared among the human resource analysts. The responsibilities are shared amongst the team that include preparation of employee policy and procedures that determine compensation, hiring, performance evaluations, benefits, and employee training.
